Our Craft Brewers Series is a collection of limited edition whiskeys made from the mash bills of the most distinguished craft brewers in the Pacific Northwest. Each whiskey imparts a remarkable, unique expression that retains some of the characteristic and flavors from the beer recipe to create an unprecedented taste. Each release will be produced in low numbers and feature a Northwest craft beer that matches our beliefs in both quality and pursuits.

The EXPORT WHISKEY
In collaboration with WA beer innovators, 7 Seas Brewing and their Export Stout recipe, we bring you the next limited release, Craft Brewers Series 4.0 - The Export Whiskey.
Cooperage:
Aged a year and a half in new American white oak, No.3 char, 30-gallon barrels. Finished in used 53-gallon bourbon barrels for another year.
Mash Bill:
Distilled from a combination of unique malt varieties expect flavors of dark chocolate, fruity coffee and roasted barley. Including, NW Pale, Chocolate, Golden Promise, Black, Roasted Barley and Special B.

The Magnificent Whiskey

Distilled from Silver City Brewery’s award-winning, Magnificent Scotch Ale mash bill and aged to perfection in our charred American oak barrels for 2+ years. With balanced notes of grilled stone fruit, citrus and candied pecans, this single malt whiskey is nothing short of a magnificent pursuit. Available at the tasting room!
IPA HOPPED SPIRIT
CBS 1.0 Limited Release 2018
For the inaugural release of our Craft Brewers Series we partnered with local favorites, Fremont Brewery. The hops in their Sister Double IPA mash bill adds a fun and unique finishing flavor. Made with 100% malted barley and aged in new charred American oak barrels for 14 months. 92 proof.
Mash Bill: Two row malted barley. White wheat. Vienna wheat. Washington hops. Age: 1 year in oak.
Single Barrel: The Magnificent Whiskey

The 2nd release of our Craft Brewers Series is a collaboration with Scuttlebutt Brewing’s Hoptopia beer. This American single malt whiskey is distilled from 100% malted barley and aged in new American oak for 14 months and is 92 proof. Winning platinum at Sip Magazine, Best of the Northwest.
